Our Company

Dhanusha Marine Lanka Exports (Pvt) Ltd is a subsidiary launched under the umbrella of Dhanusha Group, which had its origins in 1993.

It is conveniently located at Fullerton Industrial Estate, Kalutara, which is a few miles to the south of the capital city of Sri Lanka, Colombo. Fullerton Estate is an Industrial Park set up by the Government of Sri Lanka to encourage young entrepreneurs to launch income generating enterprises utilizing both skilled and unskilled labour thereby creating employment opportunities, as well. The GoSL has ensured the availability of the requisite infrastructure that would facilitate the establishment of such projects without much hassle.

The Company so established is primarily engaged in the manufacture of Fibreglass Boats, Trailer Covers and Horse Trailer Covers. They are meant for the markets in Norway, Germany India and the Maldives.

In order to benefit from the advantages accruing to Enterprises that are established according to the rules and regulations framed by the Board of Investments, Dhanusha Marine Lanka Exports (Private) Ltd., has entered into an agreement with the Board of Investments in order to further develop and explore the opportunities available in the markets in the Middle East and Europe.

The Board of the Company consists of two Directors at present, namely -

Mr. G. Sumithrapala Fernando - Managing Director

Mrs. P. G. Nilmini Fernando - Directress

However, with further expansions that are being planned, it may be possible to have this number increased in the event a suitable collaborator acceptable to the BOI is found and included to achieve the objectives of the Company.
